Authentic hands-on treatment in Semba

Authentic Mongolian bodywork supervised by a practitioner with 15 years of experience, including a proven track record of welcoming entertainers and public figures.

Rather than providing temporary relief through basic massage, we identify the underlying causes of fatigue and misalignment and work on imbalances throughout the body to improve them. If you are troubled by persistent fatigue or joint and muscle misalignment—from the head, shoulders, and neck to the lower back and legs—that has not improved despite visiting other places, we invite you to experience our treatment. We offer valuable coupons for new customers. Our full-body relaxation and alignment course is especially recommended.

What is Mongolian bodywork?

On the Mongolian steppes, bodywork is considered part of Mongolian medicine and is more often performed for treatment than relaxation. It is also commonplace to provide bodywork for animals as well as people. Animals frequently suffer fractures or joint misalignments while playing or fighting. In such situations on the Mongolian steppes, herders often have no choice but to treat them themselves. As a result, for nomadic people living on the steppes, bodywork is a practical life skill learned from childhood and a natural part of everyday life.

Our clinic is Japan's first Mongolian-style bodywork clinic. Rather than simply loosening tight or stiff areas, our basic approach is to identify the underlying cause, release it precisely, and make the necessary adjustments. We invite you to experience techniques refined on the Mongolian steppe.

Full-Body Alignment

Our standard courses are 60 minutes for ¥4,500 and 90 minutes for ¥7,200. We balance the entire body while checking not only the neck, shoulders, and lower back, but also the pelvis and hip joints.

Relief for Heavy, Tired Legs

We focus on the lower body, which is prone to tension from standing work or desk work. For those concerned about swollen feet, we proceed with an eye toward helping you walk more comfortably.

Focused Shoulder and Lower-Back Adjustment

Recommended for those troubled by a stiff neck, frozen shoulder, or sudden lower-back pain. We identify the causes of recurring discomfort and comprehensively adjust the area from the shoulders and lower back through the back and buttocks.

We gently address shoulder tension and leg strain within comfortable limits while taking care with your positioning. We adjust the treatment after confirming your stage of pregnancy and how you are feeling that day.

Fees and Recommended Courses

To make it easier for first-time visitors to compare options, we have organized three starting points by purpose. The main menu is listed in the center based on the reference site's content, so you can see the treatment times and prices at a glance.

The Basic Course Most Chosen for First Visits

The 60-minute Full-Body Alignment course at ¥4,500 is the most popular choice for those who want their neck, shoulders, and lower back assessed together. If you are unsure where to start, this course makes it easier to understand your overall condition.

For Those Who Want a More Thorough Session

When chronic tension affects multiple areas, the 90-minute course is a good fit. It allows ample time for assessment and hands-on work, with enough room to track connected changes from the shoulders through the legs.

Testimonials

We have arranged testimonials from people who visit us to address their concerns in an easy-to-compare format for before you book. We selected voices from different age groups and with different concerns, focusing on specific descriptions of changes after treatment.

Woman in her 40s

The heaviness from my shoulders up to my head improved, and after 60 minutes I could turn my neck from side to side much more easily. I had been feeling constantly blocked up at work, so it was reassuring that the cause was assessed from the perspective of my whole body.

Man in his 30s

They worked on my leg tension as well as my lower back, and getting up the next morning was much easier. I experienced little post-treatment soreness, and the explanation was concise and easy to understand.

Woman in her 20s

They took a detailed look at my upper back, which tends to round forward from desk work. The space was as calm as it looked in the photos, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns even on my first visit.

Man in his 50s

The treatment was not simply about applying strong pressure, and it changed the sensation that my stride had become shorter. I had been looking for a technique-focused bodywork clinic around Semba, so it is easy for me to keep coming back.

About the Practitioner

Knowing who will treat you and how they approach their work makes it much easier to discuss your concerns. Here, we introduce our supervision by a practitioner with 15 years of technical experience and the two key points we prioritize in practice.

We listen before we touch

Even when the reason for visiting is the same shoulder tension, the cause can differ depending on work posture, sleep, and past discomfort. During the first few minutes, we assess your movement and how discomfort appears, then design the session while minimizing unnecessary stimulation.

Drawing on experience supporting situations where people, including entertainment professionals, needed noticeable changes in a short time, we apply that perspective to everyday physical discomfort as well.

We explain how to spend your time after treatment

We do not stop at how you feel immediately after the session; we also briefly share insights into habits such as how you sit and walk. Rather than prescribing strenuous exercises, our policy is for you to take home one practical change you can make starting today.

When treating pregnant clients, we prioritize comfortable positioning and proceed with safety first, carefully determining what can be done within a comfortable range.
